Elaine Blout, RN, CCM, CRRN

Elaine received her nursing degree in 1994 and has been licensed in Florida and North Carolina to practice as a Registered Nurse since that time. She obtained her CCM certification in 1998 and her CRRN certification in 2001. Her experience includes catastrophic case management, medical/surgical nursing, trauma surgery, gastrointestinal surgery, genitourinary surgery, and orthopedic surgery, telephonic and field case management for worker’s compensation. October 2004, Elaine started Blout Enterprises Inc. dba Paragon Case Management and the company received Certified Minority Owned Small Business Enterprise (CMBE) status in 2008. Elaine is a member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals, Association of Rehabilitation Nurses, and WCCP.
